Engine oil life system reset

Before you start

  • with the engine off.

Steps

  1. Turn the ignition key to ON/RUN with the engine off.
  2. Fully press and release the accelerator pedal three times within five seconds. The change engine oil light will flash while the system is resetting.
  3. When the light stops flashing, turn the key to LOCK/OFF.

Engine Compartment Fuse Block The engine compartment fuse block is located on the driver side of the engine compartment.

remove the fuse block cover, push in on the tabs located on the rear of the cover, and lift.

Instrument Panel Fuse Block The instrument panel fuse block is located on the passenger side of the center console, to the left of the glove box near the floor.

Remove the console cover to access the fuse block.
