Engine Coolant
50/50 mixture of clean, drinkable water and use only DEX-COOL Coolant. See Engine Coolant on page 10-18.

Engine Oil
Use only engine oil licensed to the dexos1 specification of the proper SAE viscosity grade. ACDelco dexos1 Synthetic Blend is recommended. See Engine Oil on page 10-7.

Use this for ordinary driving.

Before you start
- Reset the system whenever the engine oil is changed so that the system can calculate the next engine oil change.
- with the engine off.
Steps
- Turn the ignition key to ON/RUN with the engine off.
- Fully press and release the accelerator pedal slowly three times within five seconds.
- Turn the key to LOCK/OFF.
Too much or too little fluid can damage the transmission.
