Oil life & reset procedures

Engine oil life system reset

Before you start

  • Reset the system whenever the engine oil is changed so that the system can calculate the next engine oil change.

Steps

  1. Press the TRIP button so the OIL LIFE percentage is displayed.
  2. Press RESET and hold for two seconds. OIL LIFE REMAINING 100% will appear.
