Before you start

  • After the required maintenance is preformed according to the maintenance schedule, please reset the maintenance data.

Steps

  1. Vehicles without a smart key system
  2. Switch the display to the trip meter A (→P. 246) and then turn the engine switch off.
  3. Vehicles with a smart key system
  4. Switch the display to the trip meter A (→P. 246) and then turn the “ENGINE START STOP” switch off.
  5. Vehicles without a smart key system
  6. While pressing the trip meter reset button (→P. 246), turn the engine switch to the “ON” position.
  7. Vehicles with a smart key system
  8. While pressing the trip meter reset button (→P. 246), turn the “ENGINE START STOP” switch to IGNITION ON mode.
  9. Vehicles without a multi-information display
  10. Continue to press and hold the button until the trip meter A displays “000000”.
  11. Vehicles with a multi-information display
  12. Continue to press and hold the button until “COMPLETE” appears on the multi-information display.

You’ll know it worked: Continue to press and hold the button until the trip meter A displays “000000”.
