Engine oil life system reset
Before you start
- Reset the system whenever the engine oil is changed so that the system can calculate the next engine oil change.
- Turn the ignition to ON/RUN, with the engine off.
Steps
- Turn the ignition to ON/RUN, with the engine off.
- Press the DIC INFO button until OIL LIFE REMAINING displays. See DIC Operation and Displays on page 4‑58.
- Press and hold the DIC INFO RESET button until 100% displays.
- Turn the key to LOCK/OFF.
